West Sussex County Council has applied for the premises known as Park House Ceremony Rooms, Park House, North Street, Horsham RH13 1RN be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
