Everyone has each of these work styles in them, but we typically prefer, or are more comfortable with, some over others. Our unique mix shapes how we think, make decisions, interact with others, communicate and respond to different workplace situations. In other words, how and why we do things the way we do.

No single combination of styles is better than another. Exploring your mix, and that of others, can help us better understand ourselves and build even stronger workplace relationships.
