Non - Attendance Survey Project

Thank you for taking this survey to contribute to my apprenticeship project. This project is looking to understand what causes non-attendance and how the Early Years Team and West Sussex County Council can improve our processes and systems to ensure you are able to attend the training that you book onto.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to this project as it provides a customers perspective into how our booking and attending process currently works, and helps us understand what we can do to improve course attendance for the future.
