As part of the Communities Leadership Development Programme, we are seeking to understand the leadership and management development needs of colleagues on cohort 2 grades across the Directorate.

Your responses will help the Leadership Working Group:

  • Understand the current leadership and management capabilities
  • Identify areas where additional learning and support may be beneficial.
  • Understand career aspirations and development needs.
  • Design a coproduced development programme that reflects the real challenges and opportunities faced by leaders in Communities.
  • Ensure that future learning opportunities are practical, relevant and tailored

  • Self-Assessment - Cohort 2

    As part of our on-going leadership development programme, the Cohort 2 Working Group has created a self-assessment for managers within Communities. 

    The survey is divided into three sections (across 3 pages), exploring:

    • How important each area is to your role and the wider directorate.
    • Your current capability and confidence as a manager.
    • Your experience and support needs in each capability.

    Please complete all three sections (across 3 pages). Your feedback will directly inform the content and focus of the next leadership sessions, ensuring it is tailored to the needs of our managers.
