Local Inclusion Support Offer (LISO).
The LISO model brings together education, health and social care services to provide a unified inclusion offer for mainstream settings. This includes access to advice, training, centrally held inclusion resources and opportunities to participate in local decision‑making. As we move into the next stage of development, your insight as a mainstream school is essential. This survey will help us understand your awareness of the LISO, your experiences so far, and how we can shape an offer that genuinely meets the needs of schools, staff and pupils.
This survey is for those LISO schools who did not make a support request. If you have been sent this by mistake, and did submit a request, please email amelia.steele@westsussex.gov.uk and she will email you an alternative survey.
