West Sussex Library Service is always disappointed to lose customers, especially as we don't usually find out why they have stopped using our services! This survey is designed to reach out to those of you that we know are no longer using our services and to ask a couple of simple questions - why did you stop using your library card and is there anything that we can do to tempt you back?
