L-INCS post survey for school staff

Welcome to the end of year survey for the L-INCS (Local Inclusion Solutions) pilot programme. You are being invited to complete this short (around 20 minutes) online survey as your school is currently taking part in the pilot programme and you are a member of the L-INCS school team (e.g., SENCo, Inclusion Lead, Headteacher).

As L-INCS is a pilot project, it is important to closely evaluate the activity undertaken, and its impact. This end of year survey will ask you questions about the activity undertaken in your school this school year (2024-25). This includes the WSCC services accessed, how satisfied you were with their involvement, and how effective you found service involvement to be, both in terms of supporting the needs of individual children and developing whole-school practice.

Your individual responses for your school will be kept confidential. Collated data (i.e., data across all of the pilot schools) will be reported on but the report will not contain your individual responses and your school will not be identifiable.

More information on the L-INCS programme, including useful resources for schools, can be found on the L-INCS website.
