MAMHET 2025/26 End of Year Survey

The Multi-agency Mental Health and Education Triage (MAMHET) is in it's 4th year of operation. We want to ensure we are continuing to provide education settings with what they need to safeguard pupils who are presenting with suicidality and/or self harm. We would welcome any feedback through the following questionnaire which supports us in recognising good practice whilst also supporting us to improve our offer across West Sussex.

The results of this survey are anonymised and will be used to develop and end of year report for our partners in Public Health and as part of West Sussex's Suicide Prevention Strategy. The report will be shared with you once finalised.
