Children's Services Consultation Feedback

This consultation feedback process is designed to support continuous learning, reflective practice, and service development within the Horizon Suicide Prevention Team. It provides an opportunity for children's services practitioners to share their experiences of the consultation process, highlight areas of good practice, and identify any challenges encountered.

The feedback gathered will be used to inform improvements to the consultation offer, ensuring it remains responsive, effective, and supportive of practitioners in delivering high-quality care. It also aims to strengthen collaborative working and promote confidence in managing complex and high-risk situations.
