Homeless Health and Wellbeing Survey
West Sussex County Council is asking people aged 16 and over to share their experiences of homelessness to help improve local services.
Homelessness can affect someone’s health, wellbeing, and access to support and everyday activities. Anyone who is living in temporary accommodation, hostels or supported housing, sleeping rough, sofa surfing, or experiencing any other form of homelessness is invited to take part.
Working with partners across housing, health, care, and the voluntary sector, the council’s Public Health team will use the survey findings to contribute to an important Homelessness Health and Wellbeing Needs Assessment.
The anonymous survey is also available in an Easy Read, a print version, and can be translated into other languages. If you know someone who is homeless, please share this survey with them.
To thank those who complete the survey, there is a free prize draw to be in with a chance to win one of ten £25 shopping vouchers.
The survey closes at midnight on Sunday 12 April 2026.
