Highways Transport and Planning are using this survey to collect some personal data (e.g. personal addresses) which is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller (e.g. to understand where vehicles are being kept overnight and to inform the planning of charge points). Your data will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent relevant data.
The data will be held for a period of up to 12 months and will be stored electronically before being appropriately destroyed. The data will not be used for any other purpose.
