Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the West Sussex Health Visiting and School Nursing surveys. The feedback you have provided will be used to inform decisions about services in the future.
We received over 800 responses to the Health Visiting Survey and most people rated this service positively. Things that are particularly valued include the kind, caring and supportive staff, having multiple ways of contacting the service (including text and telephone), and the response times. Areas to explore further include improving the telephone helpline response, more informal points of contact for parents/carers, and continuity of care.
Unfortunately, we did not receive enough responses to the School Nursing Survey for the analysis of results to be statistically significant. We will explore different ways of gathering feedback about this service.
