Overview
This project, launched in February 2022, aims to improve the engagement and reach of 15-24-year-old residents in higher education and support both students and staff in higher education establishments to achieve positive recycling behaviours and to inspire waste prevention.
Main Aims:
1.To act as a catalyst and embed a sustainable culture of waste prevention around higher education campuses
2.Students and staff to demonstrate positive recycling habits outside colleges in their predominantly West Sussex homes
3.To provide further collections to higher education establishments (small electricals batteries and textiles)
4.To achieve an increase in recycling rates from higher education establishments
