Engagement Questionnaire
Commercial Square and South Road form part of several projects that have been identified and developed by the Haywards Heath Town Centre Transport Study and more recently the Haywards Heath Town Centre Masterplan Supplementary Planning Document. The proposals for each location have been developed to align with the aspirations of the latter.
