Haywards Heath Town Council have applied for the premises known as Haywards Heath Town Hall, 40 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1BA be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
