Kay Counter has applied for the premises known as Findon Manor Hotel, Findon High Street, Findon, Worthing, BN14 0TA to be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
