This scheme provides an additional £250 per month (pro rata for eligible part-time employees) to recognise the exceptional responsibilities undertaken by eligible social work qualified staff working within Assessment & Intervention (A&I) and Family Safeguarding (FS) West. The allowance is payable from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027.
