This scheme provides an additional £250 per month (pro rata for eligible part-time employees) to recognise the exceptional responsibilities undertaken by eligible social work qualified staff working within Assessment & Intervention (A&I) and Family Safeguarding (FS) West. The allowance is payable from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The Children's Services will use this questionnaire to collect some personal data (e.g. Name, Personnel Number) the processing of which is necessary for the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. The data will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulations (UK), and any subsequent relevant data protection legislation. The data we collect will be securely stored on computer and kept for a period of up to 6 years before being appropriately destroyed.
