 As discussed at the send leadership forum, individual support plans feature more centrally in the proposed changes identified in the SEND Reforms. As explained at the Send Leadership Forum session, the Individual Support Plan group will be focusing their peer events this year on creating opportunities to identify strengths and needs across the county with regard to the implementation of assess plan do review cycles and to provide opportunities for supportive professional conversations.

 We know that there is a wealth of good practise across the county, which could be helpfully shared. We would also like to know more about what your priorities are, both in terms of your own practise as SENCO's and any operational issues you may have, more widely across your schools in terms of embedding and implementation.

 When we have collated this information we will share it with you and use it to plan future peer to peer sessions, if they would be helpful.
