EPIC Awards 2025 - Nominate young people
This online form is for adults to nominate young people for an Exceptional People in Care Awards.
From 2025, there will be multiple award ceremonies run throughout the year. So, every time you want to acknowledge a young person's achievements, nominate them!
What Do They Get?
All nominees will receive a congratulations card and a nominee certificate.
Who Goes To The Event?
All nominees are put forward to the judging panel. The top 50, the young people nominated with the most outstanding nominations, will be invited to attend the event. 1 winner will be chosen from these nominees to be the winner of each category.
Nominees who attend the event will get their certificate and a trophy. Winners of each category also get a hamper of prizes.
When Are The Cut Off Dates?
All nominations made from 2024 to 30th April 2025 will be put forward for the June 2025 event judging.
All nominations made between 1st May and 31st July 2025 will be put forward for the September 2025 event judging.
All nominations made between 1st August and 31st October 2025 will be put forward for the January 2026 event judging.
