Welcome to the post intervention survey following the Educational Psychology Service (EPS) Enhanced Offer pilot programme. You are being invited to complete this short (approximately 5-10 minutes) online survey as your school has taken part in the pilot programme and you are a key member of the school team (e.g., SENCo, Inclusion Lead, Headteacher).
Please complete one survey for each pupil who took part in the Enhanced Offer project.
This survey will ask you questions about the activity undertaken in your school for each enhanced offer referral. This includes the access to the EPS, how satisfied you were with their involvement, and how effective you found Educational psychology involvement in supporting you with the inclusion of the child.
Your individual responses for your school will be kept confidential. Collated data (i.e., data across all of the pilot schools) will be reported on but the report will not contain your individual responses and your school will not be identifiable.
