Consultation has concluded

West Sussex County Council is seeking feedback from young people, parents, carers, wider family members and professionals on how you feel about emotional wellbeing and mental health information available to support young people in West Sussex. We want to ensure you have the most helpful information, in the right place and when you most need it.

The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will help shape future communications and initiatives.

The campaign brings together partners including local authorities, NHS, providers, charitable sector, community groups, and police. And, is a collaboration with Foundations For Our Future, which is part way through a two year programme to bring about significant improvement.

Please note this survey is not intended to seek feedback on the provision of mental health support services; it is focused on determining the best methods of communicating and promoting information about a variety of emotional and wellbeing resources.

No personal information about you is kept unless you specifically request e.g. to be involved in future local research studies on this topic, or receive newsletter updates.

If you’d like to know more about our programme of work or local support available, follow the link at the end of this survey.
