Privacy Statement

West Sussex County Council is working with District and Borough Councils as partners and will use this survey to collect some personal data (e.g. age, sex), the processing of which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. We will process this data in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent relevant legislation. West Sussex County Council is registered as a Data Controller (Reg. No. Z6413427). The data you provide will be stored electronically for a period of 1 year before being appropriately destroyed. Once we have collected and processed the data, it will be analysed and amalgamated in a report by West Sussex County Council before it is shared with our district and borough council partners.  All personally identifying data will be removed before sharing with district and borough council partners.
