The new West Sussex County Council’s Short Breaks programme is approaching the end of its first year and so we want to hear from you about how it has been. Your feedback will help us to look at any changes that we need to make to the programme and so it is important to give us your views and opinions.

Short Breaks include holiday playschemes, family fun days, youth groups and weekend activities.

You may have received a summer parent/carer small grant and this was part of the Short Breaks offer in West Sussex.
