Overview

The Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) working group has been set up to support the improvement of EDI in commissioning and contracting.

We need your help to take this forward and have developed this short survey to find out what we are doing well, the knowledge we hold already and ideas for improvement. In addition to completing the survey, please can you upload examples of documents or resources that you have used in relation to EDI.

The survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. Your response will be used to support the development of ‘How to’ guides for adult commissioning and other shared resources.

We really appreciate your support with this important area of work.

Please complete the survey by 11th October.
