Introduction

Thank you for taking part in this Starting Reception project. We hope that you have found the information helpful in your practice.

Purpose

To help us to provide you with support that best meets your need, we would like to gaher some feedback about what is most useful to you. Your EYCA will collect additional information about the impact for you and the children and families that you support. This evaluation is to support us in understanding what information and tools support you best in working with families to use the Starting Reception guidance.

Privacy Statement

West Sussex County Council will use this survey to collect personal data (e.g. name and contact email) to comply with its legal obligation to seek consent for entry into the free Prize Draw if where this is a chosen action.. The data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent data protection legislation. Your data will be held securely on computer until the Prize Draw process has been completed (up to 3 months).  The data will not be shared with any third party.   West Sussex County Council is registered as a Data Controller (Reg.
