Purpose

To help us to provide you with support that best meets your need, we would like to gather some feedback about what is most useful to you. Your EYCA will collect additional information about the impact for you and the children you support. This evaluation is to support us in understanding what information and tools support you best in working with your staff and with children in receipt of EYPP to maximise the impact of the funding you receive.

West Sussex County Council will use this survey to collect personal data (e.g. name and contact email) to comply with its legal obligation to seek consent for entry into the free Prize Draw if where this is a chosen action.. The data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent data protection legislation.
