Overview

Thank you for participating in the EAL Residents – Support Experience survey.
As part of the Digital Inclusion, Access and Safety workstreams, we are keen to better understand how Library staff and the Library Digital Volunteers interact with EAL (English as an additional language) residents.

The short survey below will gather insight around your experiences, and what we can do to help you support digitally excluded residents who have EAL.
