What happens next?
Thank you for sharing your experiences. The information you have provided will help us to identify some of the key issues facing those living with dementia within our South Asian community. It will help us get the right support to you or your loved one and help you to live well with dementia.
The evidence gathered from the survey will help us develop a set of recommendations that will inform and support future service development.
What will you do with my personal information?
The data we collect will be anonymised and securely stored and kept for period of up to 2 years before being appropriately destroyed. The data we will collect will not be used for any other purpose than that stated above without your prior written consent.
