Who's Listening

Dushana is an experienced communications and engagement specialist and has worked within local government, the healthcare and charitable sectors for over 15 years.  

Over the last two years, she has worked with West Sussex County Council on several of the West Sussex Joint Dementia Strategy priorities.  She is particularly passionate about this piece of work, being of South Asian descent herself, and witnessing the difficulties around dementia acceptance within her own family and community network.
