Day Opportunities recommissioning project

West Sussex County Council recommissioned Day Opportunities, Supported Employment and Volunteering Services under a new contract model. We are keen to understand providers’ experiences of delivering under the new arrangements, what has worked well, what could be improved, and your ideas for further development. The survey should take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete and will be used to inform ongoing contract management and future commissioning.

Your responses will be kept confidential and will not be attributed to your organisation or any individual. Survey findings will be analysed and reported in an anonymised and aggregated format. The information provided will be used solely to support service improvement, partnership working and the development of joint improvement workplans.
