Request for Strategy Discussion

***Please note we do our best to action your strategy requests as soon as possible. 

Initial Strategy Discussions should generally be held within 3 working day of receipt of referral. In the following circumstances, a Strategy Discussion must be held on the day of the referral:

• Allegations / concerns indicating a serious risk to the child (e.g. serious physical injury or serious neglect)
• Allegations of recent Sexual Abuse (to ensure forensic evidence).

When they are deemed urgent by the duty DS, we will try to arrange the same day. If you are MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE for your strategy meeting you will have to re-arrange. Please let us know if you no longer want the strat***
