Survey for children and young people

This survey is designed to capture the views and experiences of children and young people in West Sussex who identify as LGBT+ around their mental health and emotional wellbeing, with the aim of improving support services for young people.

It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. These questions ask you about issues which positively or negatively affect your wellbeing. Thinking about these can sometimes be challenging. If you find a question upsetting, leave it blank, and remember support services are available and are listed on the main project page. You can withdraw at any point during the survey and do not have to submit your responses.

By taking part, you will be giving consent for your responses to be used anonymously. We won’t ask for your name during the survey and any identifiable information will be removed. Responses will be stored on secure databases for no more than two years and then deleted.

Protective factors - things that make you feel better or safe

Here we are asking about things which help you feel better or support you. These might include friends or family, support services you access, or things that you do by yourself.
