Introduction
Over the next six months the West Sussex Public Health Substance Misuse Commissioning Team are undertaking standard annual reviews of all significant contracted services. As part of this review work, we want to hear what stakeholders and staff think about the services currently on offer from Change, Grow, Live (CGL). This will help the team support the valuable work of our partners and ensure we all best meet the needs of our population. The work you or your organisation does to meet the needs of people with substance and alcohol issues makes your opinion valuable. Please complete the survey below. Your answers will be anonymous, but if you would like to have a direct conversation with a member of the team please email christine.bremner@westsussex.gov.uk.
