It is a requirement of the CBC Library Group Terms of Reference for all members to provide supplier performance feedback and update projected expenditure each quarter.
Suppliers will be sent quarterly feedback in relation to their overall performance each quarter along with an update on projected expenditure for the financial year.
Customers shall deal with day-to-day problems as they occur, recording only persistent issues on the quarterly feedback form.
Persistent issues should still be reported for resolution in the usual way. They will be recorded in the quarterly feedback form for performance monitoring only.
Feedback must be provided for each Lot separately. There is an option to choose “No issues” under the persistent issues list, or "Not applicable" if you do not subscribe to the Lot.
For each Local Authority or Schools Library Service there should be one response. This means that only one person per LA or per SLS should log into the survey.
