We are keen to hear from our West Sussex Care Leaver community, to best serve you with employment and training support both now and in the future. The 'Care Leaver Careers Survey' has been designed to find out what interests, passions, work and training aspirations that you have, as well as any challenges that you face to employment and training.
By taking part entrants can enter for a chance to win a £20 Amazon gift card. One lucky winner will be randomly selected providing that they complete both the Care Leaver Careers survey and the additional details required for the Prize Draw between the qualifying dates, and meet the criteria for completing the survey.
Please complete the survey by Sunday 2nd March at 11.55pm to ensure that your voice is heard, as we shape plans to best support our care leavers with your career and training plans during the year ahead.

The Terms and Conditions of the Care Leaver Careers Survey
1. This prize draw is organised by West Sussex County Council, County Hall, West Street, Chichester PO19 1RQ. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. The prize draw is for completing the Care Leaver Careers survey, encouraging West Sussex County Council care leavers aged 16+ to provide their views on their career aspirations and shape employability support services made available. By taking part entrants can enter for a chance to win 1 x £20 Amazon gift card.
3. One lucky winner will be randomly selected for anyone that completes the Care Leaver Careers survey between the qualifying dates and meets the criteria for completing the survey.
4. The closing date for this prize draw is Sunday 2nd March 2025 11.55pm, with the prize drawn the week commencing Monday 10th March 2025.
5. Entrants must be aged 16+.
6. Only one entry per person, per prize draw, is allowed.
7. No purchase is necessary for entry.
8. No entries will be received after these dates, or any entries that are incomplete or defaced, will not be considered. WSCC accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received or incorrectly completed.
9. The Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone as soon as possible once the Prize Draws have taken place. Failure to claim a prize within 14 days may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.
10. The organiser reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
11. The organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The organiser will process the personal data of all Prize Draw entrants in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations and any subsequent data protection legislation. We will not disclose this personal data to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Winners accept that the organiser may disclose their names to the public with their consent.
13. Both West Sussex County Council (the organiser) and these competitions are governed by English Law.
