Bluebell Railway has applied for the premises known as Bluebell Railway, Horsted Keynes Station, Station Approach, Horsted Keynes, RH17 7BE be approved under the Marriage Act 1949 as a venue for civil marriages and for the registration of civil partnerships under the Civil Partnership Act 2004
