The Road Safety Team will use this survey to collect a range of data in order to carry out a task in the public interest.  The data will be processed in accordance with the 1998 data Protection Act and any subsequent legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulations.  The data we collect will not be sared but will be held securely on computer for a period of up to 1 year before being appropriately destroyed.  West Sussex County Council is registered as data Controller (Reg.
