Our highways team conduct regular inspections to ensure we provide you with the most up to date information. Below are details of the current works being carried out across Barnham Lane by Southern Water and will be regularly updated.

We understand the impact multiple roadworks have on your journey. For your safety, please plan extra time for your travel, follow road signs and adhere to road closures.

Excavation to repair drainage system is not possible at the moment. We continue to monitor this site and will mobilise a gang as soon as site conditions allow.

The road will remain open unless freezing conditions return or water on the highway reaches a level that impacts vehicle movements, as we saw last weekend.
