When completing the questionnaire please be aware that we appreciate:
- Knowledge and skills can be gained through training, experience or a combination of both.
- Some skills are useful for several people to have, whereas other skills are only required by a few.
- Your perception of your competence may change over time.
Results will be anonymised. However, if you would like to have a PDF of your individual results you can put your e-mail address at the end of the survey and they will be sent to you. These could be used at your appraisal to consider areas that you are competent in, as well as identifying areas for future development.
