On behalf of Brighton and Hove City, and West and East Sussex County Councils, we want to find out whether our customers find it easy to access the support and information they need when they need it, and that they are satisfied with this. The best way for us to find this out is to ask you!

We would like to know about your experience of the new asymptomatic testing process. On receipt of your test result we invite you to take this short survey giving us feedback on your experience of the whole process so we know where we can improve. You can complete the survey anonymously, or choose to provide your details for us to contact you regarding any concerns you may have.
