• Anonymous, unless you choose to disclose anything that may identify you (e.g., the school/directorate you work in)  

• Stored confidentiality by West Sussex County Council, in line with relevant data protection regulations

Your feedback may be shared with relevant parties, including apprentice managers and training providers, as part of our ongoing quality monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.
