Your feedback is essential in helping the Apprenticeship Team understand your experience while undertaking your qualification. It enables us to identify areas for improvement, celebrate your successes, and enhance the support we provide to apprentices across the programme.

  • Anonymous, unless you choose to disclose anything that may identify you (e.g., the school/directorate you work in)  

  • Stored confidentiality by West Sussex County Council, in line with relevant data protection regulations  

By completing this survey, you consent to your responses being stored by West Sussex County Council’s Apprenticeships Team. Your feedback may be shared with relevant parties, including apprentice managers and training providers, as part of our ongoing quality monitoring and continuous improvement efforts.
