Ted Guide Survey

For my Apprenticeship project I am creating a new apprenticeship "How To" guide to go over important everyday tasks. This guide will not cover every nuance or every little detail of intricate tasks, but instead cover crucial tasks that happen frequently.

This guide should be used for when we have absences within the team, so that people who normally don't carry out certain tasks could use this guide to help support with / action said tasks. Additionally, it can be used when new team members are recruited, to help teach them of regular tasks that happen within the team.

This survey's aim is to work out what should be included in the guide, and what should be omitted / included from the existing guide, which I will then use to advise the making of this guide.

Following this survey I will have a series of meetings with relevant team members to go through certain processes that should be added to the guide (specifically those I am not familiar with).
