The Adult Learning Service at West Sussex County Council will use this survey to collect some personal data (e.g., name, job title), the processing of which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Your data will be processed in accordance with the 2018 Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations, and any subsequent relevant legislation. West Sussex County Council will not share any personal information collected as part of this survey.  The information will be held electronically for a period of up to 1 year before being appropriately destroyed.
