Access Collaborative Working Group
We recently held a workshop with customers and carers, self-advocates and colleagues from the voluntary and community sector to ask them for their views on what were the things we must do and must not do to improve the ways people access information, advice, guidance, and support from Adults' Services.
Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their views.
This short survey summarises the main points from those discussions and asks you to choose which you think should be our priorities.
The priorities will be used as the basis for us to agree a set of criteria for workshop attendees to use when they review options for improving access and to make recommendations on which options they think are the best.
The results of this survey will be discussed at the next workshop.
If you would like to take part in the workshops or share your views on how we can improve access to information, advice, guidance and support from Adults' Services, please contact James Ironside by email at james.ironside@westsussex.gov.uk or phone on 03302 222534.
