This short survey is designed to help us understand your experience of using the 360 degree feedback leadership development tool as a leader in West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service. Your feedback will be used to inform our approach to introducing this tool for Watch Managers and equivalent grades in our service. This survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.
